30 Drawing Days in April

A good friend and colleague once said this to me:

“Lets say you have 4 free hours in each day, 5 days a week, in a month this amounts to over 80 hours, in a year nearly 1000 hours! What do you have to show for this time? What have you achieved?”

I was thinking about her comments recently. Like most of us I can find lots of reasons why I have NOT done enough to move me forward creatively, so I have decided to try and do something about.

My mini project for April requires me to draw a miniture sketch every day. These will be placed in a thimble display unit that I bought in a charity shop last week for 50p. The final display will reflect objects that I have come across, found, remembered in the 30 days of April.
